Mr Aquarius carries an urn (water carrier) on his shoulders and, if you look closely you’ll see that some of is sploshes out. This isn’t a problem for most Mr Aquariuses but then there’s the Aquarius men with their Mercury in Pisces. What you don’t see, when you look at these mercury afflicted Aquarius men, is the liquid being caught in a glass or a chalice and what you don’t know is that in these instances the liquid is highly alcoholic… and Mr Aquarius and Mrs Aquarius too (although she tends to deal with the problem) is very fond of alcohol… too fond.
Some Aquarius Men and Alcohol
If all this were true – and who knows with glyphs and iconography, it could be – then it would explain the relationship many Aquarius men (and women to a lesser extent) have with alcohol. Why else could an Air sign be constantly depicted carrying “water”? Do your own survey (unless you live in a non-alcohol permissive state or country) and you’ll soon see that the office drunk, the person who is continually the most embarrassing when drunk and the person who enjoys getting absolutely rat-arsed – perhaps a tad inappropriately - on a regular basis, is more often than not an Aquarius man but with Mercury in his natal horoscope as opposed to being in Aquarius or in Capricorn. (NOTE: Mercury never strays too far from the Sun wherever that might be when the native is born).
These Aquarius/Mercury in Pisces men often use their much enjoyed “me time” to imbibe alcohol – lots of it. It is “their time” because they don’t want you to see them do it – they’d much rather you think they’re off somewhere having a great time without you (as they might do occasionally). Watch this type of Aquarius man: if the alcohol is free (a work’s social for example) he will drink to excess… no matter that he is probably marking his card and will never get all the promotions he deserves.
You, Aquarius Man and His Alcohol
If you start dating an Aquarius you’ll often find that he’ll love to get you drunk. Drinking will be the central activity in your first few dates. Oh what fun you’ll have…. STOP RIGHT THERE!
It is as though Mr Aquarius uses alcohol to test his partners. He might use it as some sort of truth serum to get to know the real you or the you which you hide. He doesn’t really like women (or his male partners if he’s gay) who drink or become anything but the slightest bit tipsy if they have just one to be social. He’ll also use alcohol to get to you, to get your guard down to flirt outrageously and get you into bed as soon as possible. You may have found other men resistible in these circumstances but there is something so comfortable about an Aquarius man.
Should you sleep with him on an early date? It is better you don’t because he is a little chauvinist and he will wonder if you have carried on like this before and he won’t approve. Aquarius man is liberated but he really wanted to liberate you himself not find you already free and easy. As an Aquarius man, I feel deeply upset about this. I drink often but would never do the things you are describing. I am just stating that all of us are not the way you would like to describe us, but we can be not going to lie about that.
